Our process is designed to take you from an education-centric initial conversation to a fully customized deliverable, without unwanted surprises.

01. Discovery

The discovery stage of our process is to answer all location related questions, zoning, setbacks, geological and environmental concerns.

02. Commitment

Once the financial aspect of the project is resolved and the contracts are reviewed and signed, your commitment is ready for the factory.

03. PRODUCTION

With a manufacturing production timeline of 12-16 weeks on most units, we will focus on helping you with job site preparation.

04. Deliverable

We will work with you and your local contractor to ensure the placement of your home goes as smoothly as possible.
